Momma Sherman's Fruit Pizza
INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 Tubes of Sugar Cookie Dough

1 & 1/2 Oz Cream Cheese Bricks
-
1-8 Oz Cool Whip
-
2 tsp Vanilla
-
3 Tbls Corn Starch
DIRECTIONS
COOKIE:

1 1/2 Tubes of Sugar Cookie Dough—Soften and then flatten onto a pizza pan and bake for 15-17 min. MAKE SURE YOUR PIZZA PAN IS BIG ENOUGH SO COOKIE DOESN’T GO OVER EDGE (Until just golden) - Allow to Cool
CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE:
In a medium-sized bowl mix the following:

1 & 1/2 Oz Cream Cheese Bricks

1 - 8 Oz Cool Whip

1/2 cup sugar
-
2 tsp Vanialla
CUT UP FRUIT OF YOUR CHOICE
-
Peaches or Honey Crisp Apples
-
Kiwi Fruit
-
Strawberries
-
Bananas
-
Grapes
-
Black Raspberries
GLAZE:
On the stove in a medium-sized pot ADD

Freshly squeezed juice from 5 Oranges

Freshly squeezed juice from 3 Lemons

Add in 1 Cup of sugar

Heat but do not boil
This mixture will need to be cooled before spooning over the fruit arrangement.

Mix 3 Tbls of corn starch in 1 cup of water – pour half into the orange and lemon juice mixture at first when you heat the mixture, add in more as it thickens stir it constantly, so it doesn’t burn!
NEXT:
Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the COOLED BIG baked cookie AND ARRANGED THE FRUIT.
FINALLY:
Apply the thickened Orange / lemon juice—sugar mixture by spooning it with a ladle over the top of the fruit (once the mixture has cooled)
