No Bake Cookies

INGREDIENTS

Gluten-Free Orange Brownies

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 3 cups quick oats

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a large pot add sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder. Slowly bring to a boil while whisking. Once at a boil allow to boil for one minute.

2. Remove from heat and add in oats. Mix well. Add in peanut butter, mix well. Last add in vanilla extract and mix well.

3. Lay out parchment paper on the counter and spoon out the dough into cookie shapes. Allow to set for 15-30 minutes.
